Biography

Phan Phương Oanh is a Vietnamese beauty pageant titleholder, who won Miss World Vietnam 2025 and at Miss Vietnam 2022 reached the top 10. Phan Phương will represent Vietnam at Miss World 2027 in Tanzania.

== Pageantry == Phan Phương Oanh graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International business from the National Economics University. In 2022, Phan Phương reached the top 10 of Miss Vietnam 2022, won the Miss Beach title, and reached the top five of Miss Congeniality and the top seven of Miss Media. Phan Phương won Miss World Vietnam 2025, on March 29, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City. She was crowned by the previous Huỳnh Trần Ý Nhi. She also won Dances of Vietnam, reached the top five of Fashion Beauty, and the top four of Confident Beauty.
